The client acquired the land on the edge of Saint Martin with fantastic views over the rooftops of the village towards the Encombres Valley. The area of the site is 1000m2. The floor area is 540m2, divided between one stand alone 4 bedroom chalet and two semi detached 4 bedroom chalets with double height living rooms on the top floor to make the most of the panoramic views. Each chalet offers private underground parking and a large terrace.

 

The client wanted a private, stand alone family chalet and they funded this by maximising the potential of the rest of the site, hence the semi detached chalet configuration.
