The renovation of a local village house in Villarabout. The existing floor area was badly utilized with long corridors and 2 staircases wasting potentially prime floor area. The house was completely remodeled to reduce circulation space to a minimum and maximize the floor area for the open plan living/ dining/ kitchen and creating additional bedrooms.

 

An extension has been added to give 2 additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and to create a large terrace for al fresco dining with sensational panoramic views up the valley to Val Thorens.
